Diagnostic, maintenance

With the dynamic production process analyzer in the control console and interactive multimedia machine diagnostics (the EasyData software package), Salvagnini has created excellent supports for a production site that is easy to use and extremely competitive.

Maintenance Manager.
Database for analyzing the movements and cycles of the components of the system, in order to facilitate maintenance and check for wear. It contains a list of the maintenance checks to be performed; the operator can add further checks or alarms on parts of the system

EasyData.
Diagnostic software integrated with the numerical control for interactively browsing the documentation using web technology (photos, hyperlinks, part codes and automatic filters). EasyData provides information about all the components managed by the Salvagnini numerical control. The electrical and/or hydrodynamic diagrams of the system can be consulted by the operator directly on the screen, automatically filtered on the component being diagnosed or by text searches in the documentation.
