High efficiency components
The S4 punching and shearing center has gradually improved performance and environmental impact standards thanks to the sole use of high-efficiency components. The intelligent electronic power pack modulates its intensity according to process load, going on stand-by when the system is not running in order to reduce consumption by over 50%.
Extremely low noise level
The use of brush worktables and tools with their own blankholder, together with high-efficiency components, have resulted in below-average in-cycle noise levels (66 dB), far below the legal limit.
Selective safety devices
These machines are CE certified and equipped with efficient safety devices. These safety devices make it possible to selectively shut down certain parts of a test or work without having to stop the entire line, while ensuring operator safety.
